Molokai Cliff Sunset

Moloka’i Cliffs Sunset

Sunset from Moloka’i is a spectacular event–dramatic cliffs in relief to one side, golden sun setting to the other, blue skies with wispy clouds above, and the warm Pacific ocean below. Channels of the last light of the day are cut into the sky by clouds low on the horizon. And the Pacific is calm as mid-day winds have died down.

Moloka’i is less visited and less inhabited than other islands in the Hawaiian chain, which makes this view all the more unique as only a few blessed souls have laid eyes on it.
