Hana, Maui boasts beaches ranging from dark black to red and most colors in between. Kōkī Beach is on the red side of the spectrum, which always stands out strikingly against the bright blues of the tumultuous shoreline and the greens of the well-watered vegetation.
Having the beach all to oneself out here isn’t uncommon, but it is still a pleasing bonus.
