What’s for dinner tonight? A traditional mix of Hawaiian and eastern-influenced deliciousness.

The feature, of course, is traditional Hawaiian laulau. Laulau is pork (usually) wrapped in a taro leaf, tied together, and steamed for hours in either an imu or a stove-top. When ready, the pork inside is moist and delicious.

Laulau is often served with macaroni salad and rice, which are also on our plate. To top it off, a whole fried fish, fresh caught, with veggies and a side of local apple bananas. Yummy.

This is best served at sunset next to the beach.
