The Kapoho Tide pools are one of Hawai’i’s most unique and beautiful snorkeling spots. Set on the southeast corner of Hawai’i Island, these natural tide pools have warmer temperatures, calmer waters, and different fish and coral that spots on the west side of the island.

Each of the tide pools connects to another, creating a labyrinth of small, separate environments to check out one at a time. Swimming from one pool to the next can be tricky, as some have gaps only a few feet wide and a few inches deep, while others have no gap at all.
