Young, White and Yellow Plumeria
Photograph by Hawaii Picture of the Day
A new bunch of white plumeria with yellow centers great the day with fully opened petals, pouring out a delicious scent and a beautiful view. Surrounding the blooms are the pink robes of sister plumeria waiting their turn to be on display.
Plumeria grow best in hotter climates, originating from Mexico and Central America. We find though, that being near the smell and sight of plumeria somehow seems to lower the temperature a few degrees with a perception of refreshment.
These white plumeria are often used in flower leis, although an entire lei of pungent plumeria can be almost too fragrant to wear.
