Two plumeria with a baby on the way look great with pink edges and yellow centers. As you can see from the small bud peeking out beside the left plumeria, this variety starts out looking almost magenta before taking on their white robe.
The one on the way will be, like its relatives, a bit smaller than other plumeria species and also has less of the flower’s trademark strong fragrance, making them well-suited for lei making. Although their smell is striking, an entire lei worth of the stronger-smelling relatives can be overwhelming.
