A gorgeous North Shore sunset closes out the day hidden behind drifting clouds off the island of Oahu.
While some sunsets are fiery red, we enjoy the calm blues of this sunset and the building waves coming ashore.
We do not know when this particular shot was taken, but it reminds us of this season of Fall on the North Shore when the swell picks up and the beaches begin to fill with surfers and big waves…the calm before the storm.
