Kiele Blossom

In honor of giving mom flowers for Mother’s Day, we are posting another beautiful blossom this week.

Gardenias have been in bloom across the islands the past few weeks. What a wonderful, sweet smelling flower. Sometimes called “Kiele” in Hawaiian, the word also means to be fragrant.

This white Gardenia was pictured on the island of Kauai.
