Red Anthurium adds color and wonder to many Hawaii gardens, roadsides, and resorts. This large, red, waxy flower is eye-catching and shares a tropical feeling.
Although not native to Hawaii and introduced in the late 1800’s, Red Anthurium (Anthurium andreanum) is found throughout the islands and typically associated with Hawaii. Surprisingly, the anturium is native to the Andes mountains in Columbia.
