What is better on a hot Maui afternoon than refreshing pineapple? How about a delicious meringue crusted pineapple upside-down cake with ice cream?

Yeah, we think so too. They had us at, “Tahitian vanilla ice cream.”

From the Restaurant:

“Our Island version of the classic dessert. Pineapple upside-down cake, Tahitian vanilla ice cream, topped with toasted meringue and caramel rum sauce.”

This tasty treat was made, photographed, and eaten at the Hula Grill in Maui.
