An aloalo ‘akala nani (beautiful pink hibiscus) catches sunset rays after a shower, creating a light, welcoming scene.
From the Photographer:
“It had just stopped raining at sunset and the colors were perfect! “
This flower is another great example of the wide variety of hibiscus grown on the islands. There are hundreds of varieties and their fondness for our tropical climate means we get to see many of those varieties in person.
Enjoying a piece of Hawaii all summer long in Ontario, Canada. In love with Akala Nani, pink hibiscus 🙂
